QUOTE(caesarx @ Mar 22 2018, 03:26 PM) It will post to your address by normal pos, or the bank ask you to collect it? After few months I canceled my UOB ONE due to can't waive AF, today the bank called me to send new ONE card with 2 years AF waived, why they just don't want to waive AF in the first place... QUOTE(lwc629 @ Mar 22 2018, 05:57 PM) There's lady do confirmation saying that, 'oh since you are new in uob, you need to do some verification blabla at branch' Then I just like , okay2 I take at branch. Perhaps due to my very new to credit facility And yes, the marketing lady also told me need to swipe min 12 in a year to get waiver but must 'request' to get it |

QUOTE(ClarenceT @ Mar 24 2018, 05:23 PM) Quasi Cash. correct. so far only cc alliance and sc can earn cb for this. mcc 6012 is quite rare as far as I know. let me test with uob one card first ( but not worth it as the cb fall under 0.2%)The merchant category code 6012, also known as the MCC code, is related to payments taken for financial institutions, primarily those merchants that deal with loan payments or other credit-related activities. |

QUOTE(cenkudu @ Aug 17 2023, 11:32 AM) I just wondering for those who previously have CB card and now migrated to UOB. What happen to the credit limit? currently my statement shows a different credit limit between the old CB (now CB) and my existing UOB card. Is the credit limit supposed to be combined across cards? should be seamless combine. even my old one card cancelled 2021 and citi cb card now become combine limit |

QUOTE(aubergine6958 @ Feb 8 2024, 10:41 AM) UOB One Credit Card user, are you still facing the cashback not correctly computed issue? me. every month need to email to cs to follow up. just last month the cs discover my card and cancelled card on uob ( im ex citi) has different statement date. so cs submit change request to standardize. I only get the correct cashback up to month October. CS replied email say will reflect in coming months, but .. NEVER.. However this month still wrong calculate cb but only partial, not fully wrong calculate before cs submit service request. |

QUOTE(togekiss @ Jun 28 2024, 09:18 AM) just saw a video on youtube by a guy who said UOB's ONE card is the best all rounder. i wonder how far it's true from you guy's experience. actually for beginner, its good card. because10% everyday, 4 frequenly used category ( grocer, petrol, dining and grab (this grab cacat a bit but if you clever, you can make use of daily payment) and need to spend at least rm 500 to activated the 10%. i think good for someone who starting their cc journey. this card best pair with like mcm wise card, mbb amex 2, and mbb ikhwan amex ( this one require ewallet skillset) togekiss liked this post

sharing story of AF waiver for world card.
charged for AF. request for waiver. initially get 50%, then just request if able to waive 100%, then she ask manager, then she said can with bt 0% for 12month. straight away grab offer. BT was fix term, not reduce balance. |
