Just to clarify...if we spent RM833 on online purchases from 1 - 4 Jan, we will get RM50 cashback based on old terms?

After the new cashback rule came into effect I did not use my Yolo card in Feb and Mar. Does this mean I no longer meet the criteria of 1 transaction per month (12 a year) for fee waiver? And I will be charged the full annual fee?

I’ve a UOB card that is due for annual fee charges in May. I still have about 20,000 points on the card
When I called customer service for a waiver they advised that I’ve to wait until the annual fee is charged before I can make a waiver request. My question is: Can I still redeem the points before I cancel the card if my annual fee waiver request is rejected? Anyone did this before? For November, I completed my 5th transaction on 3 Nov. No cashback received. I guess cashback pool ran out? Seems like it is running out earlier now

UOB seems to have changed airport lounge access for Visa Infinite ans Prvilige Elite cars. No more access to lounges in KLIA2 and no more access for supplementary card holder langstrasse liked this post
