Giving a quick call to UOB, they will answer you gladly.
So far never have to pay annual fee, as being using it quite consistently.

yea thats right

Ask when will the annual fee be charged, if let say 20 December, set a reminder to yourself, call again on 15 December, by then they should have known whether want to charge you or not already.
Then you can decide to cancel/continue.

actually i more concern on the 1st year annual fees, they told me no free for 1st year, will be straight charge once approve

One card. hmmm then is strange, normally 1st year annual fee waived.
Do you call CS and ask to confirm, 1st year annual fee not suppose to be waive?
*

I guess his one is UOB One Classic..
One Classic normally after a year got charge annual fee while One Platinum waived for first 2 years.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
