I'm surprise UOB until now didn't send out email/sms informing users to switch to UOB tmrw app, and about card payment need choose UOB bank. They expect everyone to just know. Pity those who are not tech savvy they might pay wrong, or don't know how to check the app. doh.gif

They just send this SMS:
RM0 UOB: We have successfully migrated your Citi credit card(s) to UOB. Please continue to use your credit card as usual.

Yet behind everything is no longer as usual. doh.gif  shakehead.gif

Didnt you receive the email about the migration?

Yes.

CITI app will notify and reflect immediately when I make payment via other banks, UOB reflect also immediately but doesn't notify (even with Notification enabled in App Info settings).

I received SMS right after payment

Sorry folks if the questions have been asked multiple time.
I am Premier Miles Mastercard holder (ex Citi), I just want to confirm if the lounge access and airport transfer (3x receipts for any amount spend oversea) still available?
UOB CS and chat really cannot make it...

both benefit still valid

*
There was also validity period in Citi t&c but Citi always extended the benefit. For UOB, no one knows yet but lets see

Card replacement, does the card will appear from the TMRW app?

I just called this morning reported the issue, now the card gone. Does it mean card replacement is in progress?
*
You will see it in your apps tomorrow

Hi fellow UOB users, ex Citi cc user here. Wanted to ask regarding air miles redemption since the point system is now combined into UNIRinggit instead of Miles point and Citi Rewards Point, respectively.

Post migration, I have 3 cards with me mainly PRVI Miles Elite, Preferred Visa and World Visa. Primarily, I would use PRVI Miles Elite because I want to accumulate more air miles, however, the UNIRinggit for local spend is rather disappointing for local spend compared to Citi Premier Miles.

So I'd like to find out if can optimize my 3 UOB credit cards for different usage (such as dining, groceries, online spend, hotel etc) to accumulate more UNIRinggit, so I can redeem more air miles under UOB PRVI Miles Elite card (given that it requires lesser UNIRinggit to convert Airmiles compared to other UOB card I have). Obviously, if I continue to use PRVI Miles Elite for every spend, it will take forever to earn enough UNIRinggit for air miles.

My last resort is to cancel all cards and switch to Maybank2Premier. UOB app experience and conversion rate are just bad compared to Citibank...
*
UOB local spend redemption really tak boleh. Keep Prvi Miles Elite for oversea spend, and get M2P for local spend

Zenith AF is 1K - if more than RM 240K spend get 250K uni points.
PRVI Miles Elite on the other had, if you didn't opt for AF waiver RM 600), you get 60K uni points.

Out of curiosity, is it worth paying the AF or collect the points?
*
For Prvi Miles Elite, choose AF waiver for sure.

For Zenith, the point system is not attractive at all and 240K spending require to get 250k bonus point, there are better cards!

Waiver is better. Point value can’t match the AF
Used it for worldwide lounges access for so many years and no annual fee paid. If UOB decide not to offer me waiver for retention, it’s not worth to keep it. All good things come to end
*
Yes I cancelled it because of AF too. Talking bout lounge access, sad to see they downgrading it from unlimited PP to unlimited LK, then 12x LK and now become 12x PPL. doh.gif

This is exacrly the point i found @francis226 suggestion so attractive. I have MBB 2 card platinum and when i moved to MBB 2 card premier, the bank told me the points were not compatible and i had to use it.

I thought about what you said as well, using UOB world with Zenith but i have some reservations on the perks.

Anyway will talk to a uob banker tomorrow to get more details.

@joonh @aurora97 nope its not a bug! Till now, it still works!

#Complimentary Ride Home#
Get a complimentary ride home when you present 3 overseas transaction receipts, your UOB PRVI Miles Elite Card and boarding pass at the KLIA1 Airport Limo Booth.

Cant find their Limo Booth.
Do you know the exact location? You mention you have photo, mind to share?
*
After exit the arrival gate, turn right and you will see the taxi booth, just opposite the convenient store

Hi, can I ask any sifus if they have experience with UOB Zenith card?  RM 6.4/mile seems to be the closest to the MBB 2 Premier's RM5/mile, but presumably with an easier redemption system?

Pls advise, thank you!!!!
*
with annual 240K spending, you get 250K bonus point, that will come to about RM3.13 / miles

UOB annual fees MYR1,000 not waiveable.

Having said that, the annual relationship bonus benefit, up to 50% of spending will reduce the RM per mile rate.

With overseas spend, it works out to RM2.56 per air mile.

Some managed to get RM600waive, still need to pay RM400

I know right, especially this card has been available for years. sweat.gif
I thought I was missing out on any special benefits of this card, which is why everyone is getting it.

Peoples get confuse between VI & VI Metal, especially after VI Metal card changed to new design.
