I had problem registering a new account and tie it with my CC using the mobile app but manage to do it from the UOB website. Give it a try.

Anyone able to get the annual fee waived for UOB PRVI Elite Miles Card ?
I just noticed I got charged with the annual fee.

I've called in and requested for a waiver of the annual fee through the automated feature but it's been more than 5 working day and I've not received any SMS or reply about the waiver of annual fee.

Anyone has similar experience of getting an annual fee waiver? How long does it take to get an answer?

Anyone tried reaching out to UOB customer today? Seems like all their lines are down at the moment.

1. no longer has free airport lounge access in KLIA or KLIA2?
2. no more 12X UNIRM for overseas spend?
