QUOTE(MGM @ May 31 2022, 06:38 AM) 1st cb based on new tnc just awarded on 18May, so far only one has reported not getting cb for transactions done on 1April but he has successfully appeal. Yes there is a cb pool. Thanks for new T&CIt is easier yet competitive to participate based on new tnc so complete it as early as possible. Disadvantage of bigpay is it has to done in the afternoon cos it might be predated. |

What's the catch with job one cards? To get the cash acknos like so easy. RM100 of petrol/grocery to get 10% cashback. Seems very doable to me.
Found the catch. Final bill must come up to rm500. This post has been edited by Ramjade: Sep 26 2022, 12:16 AM |

QUOTE(Haloperidol @ Oct 6 2022, 07:11 PM) Tbh i wanna ask UOB YOLO card member user. Spend it on 1st of every month. Say maybe 12am onwards. And just hope. I don't have a UOB YOLO card but that's generally how to play the game. I think 2nd still got chance. But best is don't go beyond 2nd.Did u guys get the cashback ? 200k per calendar month is kinda vague to know when the quota will be finish... |

QUOTE(MGM @ Apr 3 2024, 10:14 PM) Yes, best would be to spend 100 each for the 4 categories including Grabpay, for the balance of rm100 it will be easier to use any ewallet. I have essentially no use for wallet anymore since TnG took away topping up via ewallet. This post has been edited by Ramjade: Apr 3 2024, 10:28 PM |

QUOTE(hksgmy @ Jun 12 2024, 08:58 AM) My personal experience: That's why I am a shareholder. Never go wrong with a stingy bank. Lol1. No. Be mentally prepared to cough up the CC annual fee when the time comes. UOB is well known to be stingy when it comes to waivers for their credit card. Ironically, I carry one UOB credit card but that comes with a free lifetime fee waiver as it’s co-branded with the Singapore Medical Association (similar to the MMA). That’s the only reason why I carry it. I bank privately with UOB. Which means I have at least SGD5m AUM with them, and despite this, they take MONTHS to get back to me on a waiver request on the UOB Visa Infinite I used to carry. No prizes for guessing why I’m now an ex user of that card. Compare this with my experience with another ‘prestige’ card - the Amex SQ PPS Frequent Flyer card. Those guys are so good, they’ll actually drop me an sms to tell me that my annual fees have been taken care of, every year. This is the reason why all my tickets with SQ go thru them. hksgmy liked this post

QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 14 2025, 03:40 PM) Sorry to revisit this topic again for EVOL. Hahahaha. I always see you with your air miles cards who knows VI PB.Must it be RM 700+1300? Also, 1300 must be e-wallet top up? I did spend but definitely not enough for the minimum spending. Just a normal VI. I'm not a PB customer in any banks. Too poor. |
