When this will restore?

The following text is added to the first page of UOB credit card eStatement for the past few month. When can we finally receive our credit card eStatement in our e-mail account? This is a much-needed feature, in the event that UOB PIB may be unreliable in the future. I guess that we UOB cardholders can keep on waiting and hoping. 

I reloaded Tng, Big Pay, Boost to confirmed if CB eligible as mentioned by someone, hope got good news by end of next month.

Hi all, did you come across how they waiver the annual fees and sst?
It take how many days/months to receive the waiver?

Can somebody share how you all experience of waiver? Thanks a lot.

Last year September I just terminate my UOB One Platinum Credit Card because of using this card for 5 years for the first time not able to get annual fee (RM168) waived. Yesterday (Means after half year) I received a letter saying that if i reinstate this card can get exclusive package for Annual Fee Waiver but need to call to their contact center. So when I call, agent told me I already terminate this card and ask me go apply a new card again. Really cannot understand what kind of service they provide.

Why not? Maybe few years AF waiver 

Another succeed case for SST matter.

Back in Sept/Oct last year I already paid for the SST and recently there was a discussion regarding UOB will credit back the amount even if paid long time ago.

I tried my luck by calling CS on last Friday and CS said will put in my request but subject to management's approval, I just logged into UOB app and saw RM 25 credited back to me on yesterday. Description is  "Service Tax Cash Back".

Yeah, should try. Not sure if many people ask in the future, they will refuse. Well, at least 1xRM 25 is saved, better than nothing.

Just now UOB retention department called me after I cancelled UOB Preferred Plat more than 3 weeks ago. I almost forgot about it.

So he offered me 2 years waiver, SST rebate (with one swipe) though my SST will be charged only in Sept and 12 months 0% BT. One officer will call me on next Monday for BT.

OK la, I accept the offer to reactivate it. I applied this card also for 0% 6 months BT and now being offered for 12 months

I saw in front page, YOLO, eligible for ONLINE including Boost App.
So, does it actually eligible for CB, or just for transaction?
Hope someone can clarify and amend in front page.

Hi, I would to like ask if I pay through TNB apps and jompay for TNB within same day from UOB yolo. Will it consider two different merchant or only 1 merchant?

Revision of UOB YOLO Card Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 1 January 2020 for all customers

New 2020 T&C: UOB YOLO Card Terms & Conditions (Effective 1 January 2020) | Old 2019 T&C

UOB YOLO Card (“Card”) comes with the feature of awarding 5% Cash Back on Online Spend, Dining Spend, and Contactless Spend on all days (“Cash Back”).

To be eligible for the Cash Back, Cardmembers are required to satisfy the two (2) criteria as follows:

a) Perform a minimum of five (5) transactions every month (“Total Number of Transactions”) using the Card (which should either include an Online Spend, Dining Spend, and/or Contactless Spend). The Minimum Number of Transactions is tracked based on the transaction authorization date captured by UOBM’s system for that respective calendar month.

b) The minimum spend for each of the Total Number of Transactions shall be RM15.

Notwithstanding Clause 1 above, the total Cash Back awarded for Online Spend, Dining Spend and Contactless Spend categories for both principal and supplementary Card combined is capped at maximum of RM30 per month.

The total Cash Back payout is RM160,000 per calendar month which will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis.

For the avoidance of doubt, only one (1) transaction performed at the same participating merchant within the same day will be taken into calculation of the Total Number of Transactions. If there is more than one (1) transaction, the highest spend will be taken into computation of the Cash Back.

The Cash Back under this Programme shall not be awarded for the following transactions:

i) Financial services transactions (e.g. transactions made to other financial institutions, transferring of value to a stored value card, purchases of other financial products, etc.);

l) Utility transactions;

m) JomPay transactions;

n) Telecommunication transactions;

o) Insurance transactions;

Note: Grab seems to be eligible now.

New revision only took effect from 1st Jan 2020. Jan cash back is yet to be credited, maybe next week. So check back again next week? I have reloaded GrabPay.

Guys for this 5percent cashback online if I top up 5xrm120 on bigpay am I entitle for cashback Rm30?

My BP on 1 Feb also no cb, so I wonder how they differentiate it

RM0.00 OTP is  for online trx for UOB card ending  for MYR15.00 @ BigPay Malaysia on 01/02 13:40PM. OTP expiry 01/02 13:43PM MY time.

Mine done at 6am 1Feb.

This UOB so weird, in Jan got cashback, in feb dont have. Pening.
