I call UOB CS just now to ask for waiver for my UOB One Card Service Tax - Principle RM 25.00 that charge on 14/03/2019.

Surprisingly, the CS told me that she can help me to submit request for FULL waiver of Service Tax and this process need to wait for 90days subject to management approval.    

Beside, I also ask for annual fees waiver for my UOB One Card although it haven't charge in my account. After check system, she tell me that my annual fees will be charge on 01/04/2019 and all annual fees waiver matter only can be request after the fees charge to account.

She also tell me that they received internal memo state that MAXIMUM ANNUAL FEES waiver for ALL type of UOB Credit Card is 50% ONLY. NO FULL Waiver already starting this year.

Finally finish my 5th on TNB, keep loading until now can pay~

e) Easi-Payment Plan purchases;
f) Refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transactions;
g) Payment of annual card membership fees, interest payments, late payment fees, charges
for cash withdrawals, goods and services tax and any other form of taxes/ service/
miscellaneous fees using the Card; and
h) Such other transactions as UOBM may determine from time to time.

The Cash Back under this Programme shall not be awarded for the following transactions:
i) Financial services transactions (e.g. transactions made to other financial institutions, transferring of value to a stored value card, purchases of other financial products, etc.);
l) Utility transactions;
m) JomPay transactions;
n) Telecommunication transactions;
o) Insurance transactions;

We are talking about number count, not eligible for cb anot…
U only need 1 transaction RM600 out of 5 (other 4 RM15) to get the RM30 cb

It is an existing campaign that has been running since 4/3/202 with refined T&C.
Each Cardmember is eligible to receive one (1) unit of Cash Back each tier and maximum RM150 cashback throughout the Campaign Period.
