Is it very slow to apply for UOB Yolo?

I applied through their website on Sat and until now still no one contact me dry.gif

I applied for UOB Yolo through RinggitPlus.
After 2 - 3 weeks was informed I was rejected sad.gif
I asked the CS but they can't tell me why.

I applied for PBB Quantum at the same time and got it.
Dunno why this UOB reject my application.
Income is not an issue since I also hold PBB Visa Signature.

Did you get cashback for Kiplepay?
I reload into Kiplepay on 2nd but did not get cashback.
Only got cashback for reload into Boost on 1st.

My UOB ONE Platinum Visa received Cash Back
EVOL Visa received Cash Back

UOB ONE Visa did not receive Cash Back

Is anyone experiencing problem accessing https://pib.uob.com.my/ on Chrome?

When I use Chrome to access uob internet banking I get this error

This site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in pib.uob.com.my.

But no problem at all when I use Edge.

This problem started only recently.
