Are you a previous Citibank card holder that auto change to UOB?
I was told by CS that there is a bank-wide promo for all Citibank cardholders, annual fee and SST auto waive for 2 years.
But I still insisted on cancelling my cards.

I did confirm with him and he said it's auto, no need to call them. If you're worried, doesn't hurt to call them.

But I have a really bad experience with their CS where they put me on hold, and the line just got hanged up after 3 minutes of holding multiple times. I believe they're doing it on purpose.

I guess The Food Merchant is not covered in "Groceries" as well?
