Is Privi Miles Annual Fee waiveable? How much spend is recommended?

14. For the avoidance of doubt, any transaction which falls below RM10 charged consecutively to the
Card at the same participating merchant within the same day will be considered as one (1)
transaction for the purpose of calculating the Total Number of Transactions.

Attached TnC above, just to clarify, I will be eligible for cashback under both scenarios below right (both subject to FCFS)?
(1) Pay RM10 x 16 times in 1 day
(2) Pay RM1 everyday for 16 days
