you can always dispute if the txn has no cb given on current statement and the next

I pay my UOB card with maybank on 08/08 night time (Duitnow instant transfer)
UOB card not receiving the same time
Monitor on 09/08 full day, not reflect the receiving amount
This morning only saw the payment received from UOB, and posted on 09/08

Same issue here. Try calculating your month-to-date expenses. I think mine is transaction since 26 July, cash rebate suddenly posted on 13 Aug and gotten a few cents since I have not met the min spending nof RM500 since 26 July (only 2 weeks+), 0.2% tier rate applicable. Not sure why 13 Aug (my previous YOLO statement date), new statement date has been changed to 26th for all cards (Old UOB YOLO and Citi Cashback)

last week called to waiver my evol sst, today received rm25 cashback
my evol just get on early of march

for me, the CS rejected my request, then I send an email to request.

let's see what's the response. 

Just sharing - called CS to cancel EVOL, got offered 1 year annual fee free period and RM50 cashback on any spend to offset SST cost.

Haha my card has gone from my uob online but no retention call back so I guess…

Just called today and officer mentioned something like since April they no longer offer SST rebates or things like that

cos my uob simple (from citibank) charged and statement already, i called ask for rebate said no and i cancel it, now the card removed already but the RM25 seems like still taking up my credit limit
