On my way Junior Member 654 posts Joined: Nov 2015	Cancelled OneCard after SST charged. The OneCard no longer able to view online after a week plus. I requested for the reversal of SST charges since card cancelled. Initially CS says unable to do so since SST already charged and is by government. I called in a few days later, the CS (different one) says shall credit back. Finally got back the RM25 and transfer to YOLO card. This post has been edited by putra23: Mar 29 2019, 03:01 PM

Prior to the revision, the pool depletes usually by 10th to 12th.
Now the pool is actually doubles!

Some did report that they do get cash back for transactions made on the 3rd week of the month.
