"RM0 UOB Cards: Thank you for using your UOB Card ending 1694 @ AIRALO for USD 1.50 23/07 05:18. For any enquiry please call UOB." Anyone know about this fraudulent transactions? Called customer service to block my card already on 23/7, they say must call them again to make dispute after the transactions have been posted. My statement date is 23rd, already posted to my latest statement, so fast? Very troublesome to call cs again. the first day i called them, they let me hear those t&c and divert me to different cs.
