Actually, I wonder why we as customer have to go through the hassle of calling, writing, FB and other means to get UOB to resolve their incompetency.

The cash back is a card feature and such, should be granted automatically by the system and not by manual intervention.

Yes, some of us got the cash backs after the numerous calls, emails and raising to BNM, but do u guys really look at the time cost and effort of doing so.

For me, not worth the effort. Call to cancel the card and would only reapply later when UOB has clean up their mess.

Actually, it was very smooth. Just called once to cancel the Citi card. CS didn't say anything and say, will proceed with cancellation.

Checked the app and the card is no longer there.
