my interpretation as below.

to simplify the tier, spending range would make more sense 

Weekly Eligible Spend Tier	Minimum accumulative Eligible Spend	Cash Back Amount
Tier 1	RM500.00 - RM999.99	RM50 capped
Tier 2	RM1,000.00 and above	RM100 capped

there are 2 tiers in 1 week.

T&C stated: // Each Cardmember is eligible to receive one (1) unit of Cash Back each tier and maximum RM150 cashback throughout the Campaign Period.  //

Tier 1: Minimum accumulative Eligible Spend of RM500 = you get 10%, cap rm50 (t&c applies)
Tier 2: Minimum accumulative Eligible Spend of RM1000 per Participating Week = you get 10%, cap rm100 (t&c applies)

in short, your RM1500 hit Tier 2 already.
others have suggested to hit each tier on separate weeks instead, which is logical way to manage your tier eligibility.
