When should I receive the CB if I spent 16x on 1st of July?

I was offered by UOB for free service yearly fee for YOLO & UOB one platinum card. But after received & i activate it they charged me RM 25/card for service tax? are they always like this? or the service tax is difference from the yearly fee?

Pls advise.

Received Grab cashback campaign of RM20 for One card today from May's spending.

Sorry, it's been sometime since I use UOB One card. Petrol rebate entitlement on weekend is 5%. But it will be awarded when statement is out (last time) or follow YOLO (following month end)?
