QUOTE(putra23 @ Feb 27 2019, 01:59 PM) If we cancel our card after SST charged, still need to pay for the SST? CS told me have to pay, only AF no needed. For UOB, it is their current practice. If you wish to cancel the card due to SST, you need to do it before SST is being charged.

UOB PIB cannot add an account as favourite to JomPay upfront? Or do I miss anything?

QUOTE(revolution @ Mar 1 2019, 11:50 AM) usually how long does retention department call back? i just submitted cancellation due to they reluctant to waive the SST fees. Few days to few weeks. If after a week and you didn't receive a call, I suggest you to call back CS to either demand the retention team to call you or to proceed with cancellation.

QUOTE(BoloY @ Mar 1 2019, 12:49 PM) I email uob yesterday and they replied jom pay is not qualified to get cash back. Because it’s under government transaction. What if I charge for Unifi , will they still consider government since it’s under telecommunications . Or jompay itself is already government . CONFUsED!!! If JomPay is not entitled, a lot of people at here will be outrageous and start to migrate out. I believe that the end payee matters more than the platform itself. Pay UniFi via JomPay ---> Telco as UniFi is the end payee and JomPay is the plaform. Cheers!

QUOTE(skty @ Mar 5 2019, 11:36 AM) salute you. I hope you reload with different amount so you can distinguish the CB come from which later. Somebody has done it proven. The only ambiguity now is just BP reload/topup.

QUOTE(monara @ Mar 10 2019, 08:03 PM) Hi guys.. need some clarification, regarding AF. Is there any way to waive for 1st year, or something like minimum swipe per year to waive AF? For infinite. As that was what the booth guy informed, then i try to find in website, dont have such thing. 1st year AF is normally waived for new cardholder.

I was on UOB CS just now. He said that the SST RM 25 rebate has monthly quota too. I was shocked with the statement.

QUOTE(mamamia @ Mar 13 2019, 07:42 AM) Wah, then need to call early if u need rebate I don't understand what the CS was trying to explain. He said that the new-to-cardholder RM 25 SST rebate and the RM 25 SST rebate from retention team are not similar. The first one has a monthly pool.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Mar 18 2019, 04:41 PM) The Starbuy thingy looks good.. Hopefully it will last until the latest Note or Mate series is out. Not so much of a S series fan while Note 9 and Mate 20 is already a few months old. Maybe they have offer for S10 and/or P30.

QUOTE(kino318 @ Mar 20 2019, 03:01 PM) Dear all, I am new to uob yolo card. I chk the first page and mentioned that big pay and boost topup are not entitled for cash rebate, but I read some forumer comments, it look like allowed. So which one is correct? The cash rebate is based on calendar month or yr statement month? Thk u. TS is MIA. Page#1 is not really up-to-date to the latest development. Cash back follows calendar month but will only be credited in the 3rd week of following month. Cash back pool will be likely to be exhausted by 11/12th of current month.
