I got my annual fee waiver automatically but not my SST so I need to pay off the balance then ask for cancellation

I straight proceed with card cancellation lol! Without further ado waiting for the retention team to call me back lol!

finally UOB called up today, offered RM50 to counter the RM25 sst charge with condition to swipe for once in any amount.

at the same time, i ask for another sst waiver for my EVOL card so the officer only offered RM25 for EVOL instead of RM50 lol.

at the same time, i was offered 0% balance transfer with zero processing fee which i also happily accepting it.

previously topping up to my kiplepay i would get a monthly of RM30 cb.

because all this while I only spend on kiple and I get my cashback just the last two months my cashback went missing after I raise a case then now they giving me back the missing cashback
