Statement balance was 500. Managed to get cash rebate. All transaction eligiblr for cash rebate transaction happen before 1 june.

So if txn date is end of April like 28,29,30, but posted on May 1,2 it will be counted for APRIL?

like uob 1 will count on next statement, your case could be the same

Yes I read that too, so it should be based on posted dates n counted as May's txn, but it was not. Already complained to CS.

system doesnt know how to handle cross-month posting. cuz txn mth != posting mth haha

Uob1 is based on statement month, Evol on calendar month.
So u saying those April txn posted in May will be counted for May?

My classic One card last month also has this 16th May 2025 dining spending but does not reflect the cash back into 18th May 2025 statement date
(It included in 18th May 2025 statement total spending but Cash Back does not)
* The dining spent does not even show 0.2% under my dining category.

Hopefully it will appear under my upcoming 18th June 2025 statement as i also stupid did not achieve the RM500 min spending on 18th May 2025 cycle XD

sharing story of AF waiver for world card.

charged for AF. request for waiver. initially get 50%, then just request if able to waive 100%, then she ask manager, then she said can with bt 0% for 12month.

straight away grab offer. BT was fix term, not reduce balance.

Few months back i've the same concept that it is based on posted date, but, i didnt get cashback and was told that their system is calculated based on transaction date and not posting date. So, they manually credited the cashback to me after i argue with them on TnC mentioned must be posted, so, need to based on posting date. But, the CS reminded me that in future, just remember that EVOL is based on transaction date and not posting date. I told them to update their TnC to mentioned that, but, CS said it will take time to update TnC..
