Last time I hit many 8. In the end didn't get anything, I think the pool will deplete very early in the day.

Last time easier to count as long as u have 8 inside

This round is last digit "5" or "50" and minimum RM50 spend so chances per person increase ?
I mean the rate since ppl cannot simply spam after 12:00 am XD

Last year the SST was charged on the end of March and wanted to call them yesterday to cancel the card. But noticed that for this year the SST was already charged on the 15/3. May I know is there anyway to check on the exact due date of the card?

Wanna call them to cancel the card and see if can avoid paying this year's SST, else will just keep it for another year.

Is it just me but I find it difficult to cancel a UOB credit card?

Basically I was an existing user of the ONE platinum card, but I found out that I was unable to hit the spending requirements for getting their cashback so I applied for their ONE classic..
After getting the ONE classic, called their customer service to cancel the ONE platinum but I was told that I can only cancel their card after their card cancellation team calls me wtf (I could easily cancel my Citibank credit cards last time via a single phone call)

Maybe their retention team is just aggressive as hell (but I’m still using their ONE classic card tho🤔)

Update: seems like the card might be cancelled already as I can no longer see it on my UOB app🤔

it is like that, because many ppl threatened to cancel the card because of sst and the retention team would call back to offer sst rebate. as for your case it is normal, it will reappear should u accept whatever the retention team offers later.

Of course I’m not going to “accept” whatever they offer cuz I’m just downgrading from ONE Platinum to ONE Classic..

Sigh, not applying for a UOB card next time

Btw, what if they don’t call me back, would the card be automatically cancelled?🤔

How long ago was this? I was under the impression that UOB One card is no longer available for new application.

It's still there, but the reward structure is very different from the one offered to the citibank conversions.

I have One Classic Card (VISA) and One Platinum Card (Mastercard) which was converted from Citibank last time.

Can I apply another One Platinum Card under VISA?

Probably not as they’ve discontinued the ONE Platinum and ONE Classic already (as per what some forummers here have shared)

Don't get your question, nothing has changed except for them discontinuing the UOB One Classic

I'm just sharing my experience of cancelling my UOB One Platinum (cancelling it cuz I can't hit RM1.5k spend per month) hmm.gif

Just realized that UOB VI comes with annual fee of 600, is it still a good card for Miles and Lounge access ? Shall I opt for PRVI miles elite instead ?

PRIV Miles elite also comes with a RM 600 annual fees as well, but so far I’ve no issues getting it waived.
