landed need to hold even longer with every month bleeding on your pocket....due to low rental income, high maintenance cost after few years, cost renovation higher.....

with so many projects come in.....owners with 700k and above will struggle..... unless you buy for own stay or cash buyers

hold meaning your unit is rentable with minimum repayment or passive income....

if you hold with every month 3k need to prop out from your pocket.....is better to put your money under the pillow...

Cyberjaya has a good infrastructure and connectivity compared Semenyih, Dengkil area..... the landed properties are good for own stay.... only the high-rise condos not perform well due to over supplied .....

if my pocket is deep enough....for sure i will go for Cyberjaya landed ...

there will be alot auction properties this coming months...especially outskirt projects which people buy for investment....

rental just can get below 2k for furnished... monthly repayment more than 3k... need to reno another 30k to 50k min.....

i got friends bought semi D and double storey...after nearly 2 years since VPed...also reluctant to move in...


2013 i bought condo at city center and the price higher than semi D in semenyih... but i can get rental return about 6% per annum ...compare here...just about 2% if you are lucky to find good tenant...
