Ecohill and Eco Majestic need to work together to sustain.

Times are bad in Semenyih, prices are moving downwards.

Not many move in.

It is safe to say that EW has lots of positives but some negatives ppl.

The extreme negative ppl are not many but very active and will jump to a chance to condemn. Making it worse is current bad property sentiment.

The extreme positive ppl, are not inactive here to discuss the issues but take it privately in fb and wa.

EM is losing momentum.
