Even Perdana Park City cant re create another dpc outside Dpc.

How can Setia and EW create another DPC 2.0 35kms out of the city?

3 to 4yrs ago.

Same with those buying today. They too think flip in 4 yrs time just right.

P/s....no good to call ppl brainless. Everyone has brain. Just that some are in mint condition. Hardly use.

Em will have to play catch up game. Even if it does improve at later years, whoever bought off plan still breeding pure blood.

Not every township you can cheong in early stages. Most development better cheong when it started pick up and sell when it hits its peak.

Cyber also another classic example.

Anywhere easier said than done. Am just blessful that i dont have to break my piggy bank to fill the breeding wound every month.

Doesnt matter if the initial sales were for ownstay, for rental ot for flip.

If the township is enticing enuf ppl that bought for ownstay will move in.

Ppl that bought for rent will be able to find tenants and move in

Ppl that bought for flip will be able to find subsale buyet to move in.

If tje township is not good enough even those so called buy for ownstay will have 101 excuses not to move in, citing distance children education dan macam macam excuses.

usually terrace houses, carporch is 'viewed' as in front of the house.

but in this case, driveway and carporch (hence key entrance and kitchen) are considered as 'rear of the house'.

the front view is the linear garden, your own garden and living lounge over looking the garden. my presumption is that the masterbedroom will also be at the rear of 1st floor.
