QUOTE(J1g54w @ Feb 19 2018, 10:09 AM) Workout everyday. Do 10 minutes of hard workout. It is easy to extend to 20 minutes and beyond when you are convinced. When short of time, do the basic workout movements that you are familiar to avoid injury. No checking phone, no chatting, no rest. Theory of calories in must be less than calories out should be followed. |

Just cut out processed food...anything package & no added sugar, flour & gluten.
You cannot cut carb 100%, it's there almost everywhere...in vegetables & fruits. but at least it's the complex natural carbs. first 2 weeks is hell when you're about to start. When i start on my weight loss journey, i cut all processed food cold turkey & do high intensity exercise. it hurts..lol, and got some kind of panic attacks as side effects. im not gonna lie. but after 4 months it will be worth it.. just stick to it. |

Don't suffer yourself endlessly.
Understanding your body metabolism is most important. If you load up on carbs, then put those carbs to use... If not, cut them carbs down. |

QUOTE(J1g54w @ Feb 19 2018, 10:04 AM) sugar total cut off? actually sugar is not necessary right? I mean inside food that are not sweet, already have sugar enough for our body to function... extra sugar = harmful sugar is carb, carb is sugar. if you cycle your carbs, your body will learn to get energy from fat. If you cut carbs all together, then your body will eat ur muscle as well... |

Sigh. Another one caught in the myth of carbs make you fat, fat makes you fat. No sugar no carbs dumb taik.
You are fat not because you eat carbs or fats. You are fat because you eat more than you need. Calories in vs calories out. Simple. Moderation is using in none excessive. Who say moderation do not make you loose? |

i think the key as TS mentions is not working out.
as i recall, the body can only burn a certain amount of sugar a day...so even if u eat more sugar but still in a caloric deficit...the excess gets stored as fat. |

Low calorie diet is hard to practice because it leaves people hungry. High fat high protein + low carb zero sugar means can eat until full but still won’t become fat. You do not need to go low calorie. I will not ask my people to go low calorie blindly. I go lower than what I need, I loose. I eat sugar, I eat carbs, I eat fats, I eat ice cream regularly. The difference between me and others is that I know how much I am eating. Fats do not make you fat. Carbs do not make you fat. Over eating makes you fat. At a fat loss stand point, what you eat doesnt even matter. How much you eat does. And oh, my last meal is most probably at 9.30pm. |
