I am using a Note 8 with Android 8.0..
After the update the battery starts to drain faster..
From 100% at 6a.m and ends with 33% at 11a.m
Only minimal usage..like facebook and whatsapp.
Do any of u guys face the same issue?
Any idea how to solve it??

Already called..
They remotely controlled the phone and told there are too many apps..
and thats the cause of the battery drainage..
They also recommend me to use the phone in Safe Mode to see wheter the phone's battery is the cause or the apps..
They also told me to do the Device Maintanence & Clear the background running apps each time using the phone..

And now the phone also takes about 3 to 5sec to unlock using Fingerprint or Iris..
I complaint to them this issue also..
They checked the fingerprint and iris wheter it is working properly or not in Samsung members..
it seems to be fine too..

My phone storage is about 63GB out of 64gb..
I think this is the main cause of everything..

Just changed the Motherboard and the battery on the Note8 at The Gardens (since there is no battery in other service centre)
Their service was superb!!

Yeap. Its running good as new for sure.

I inserted my Sim card into their sample phones and made calls also watched a movie for 2hour..

Really love their service

Yup.. when i went there it was 4% only and then they took inside and checked..(I assume they gave the technican)
after 5 mins they came told it needs a battery change and one shot we will change the motherboard too..
And they plug my phone into charger and asked me too backup the files all..

Yup for sure..

Full charge can only use from 6am to 10am like that only..

At 10am will be 35++

Must go to the car to get it charged during lunch time..

I had also got start the car just to get the phone juice up

I really had a bad time..

Was thinking to get the Note9 but since not MANY differences i just continue and changed the battery (which was the root problem)

to use and wait for the "Foldable phone" or NoteX
