Hi guys not sure anyone keen to help , I am facing an issue here . I have a dual setup on a Mac book pro and I can't go into either one of them one says missing file on Windows and one says apple with the loading circle not sure where to start damn confused just wanted my information back

when reboot hold option key. select ur mac hdd

Select mac hdd and stuck on apple and circle

select recovery then, use disk utility to fix it. if no recovery when reboot hold command + R, internet recovery

what mac u using?

i try ur method tonight , is macbook pro
