QUOTE(Just Visiting By @ Feb 15 2018, 11:03 PM) You would need to be more specific. What course are you applying for? Is your 2.9 a diploma programme and you're hoping to get into a degree programme? In any case, CGPA of 2.9 is a bit low. It's going to be very tough for you to enter IPTA with that grade. planning to apply to ump, same course and at the semak syarat/kelayakan it says at least 2.5 . yea 2.9 is my diploma cgpa This post has been edited by shopheadd: Feb 15 2018, 11:17 PM

QUOTE(BlueMuffin @ Feb 16 2018, 12:43 AM) Hey man First of all, there's no wrong in applying for it and do take this post with a grain of salt haha. Whether you'll be accepted or not, it depends on how you select your courses and statistical "luck". It'll be tough getting in, but I do think you stand a chance in getting in UMP. The chances are greater if you put UMP or other non-RUs as your first few choices. However, bear in mind that STPM and Matriculation students will be prioritized over your application. Don't fret dude(or dudette), here's to you and UPU. Three cheers Yea so far this is a clear answer i have received, thank u so much, i feel like it depends on how many people apply on that course and if there's empty spot too, but yea sptm and matrics > ipts

QUOTE(aBcD-| @ Feb 16 2018, 05:27 PM) Yes, it is possible for IPTS student from diploma apply to IPTA. I did tried once, during my graduation in December. I went to USM asked and the staff confirmed that they accept minimum at least 2.65 CGPA. After knowing that the intake once per year, some more end of the year. But I found IPTS intake is about January, thus I applied for it. (I want to graduate quickly) wow seriously?? for which course? may i know what course are u referring to when u asked them?
