give u a tip :

2 ways of playing.
1) pump every character equally.end up lower cp overall but places like thrones of paragon you'll be stronger and you most likely can get 3 star everytime u complete quest. no need to depend on guild higher lvls to aim 3 star clears.
2) pump caetuna alone. push all into caetuna until your armor + gems are mystic (red). you'll have a super char who can pwn entire teams. caetuna alone will give u high cp for your lvl.

the free codes don't use them first coz i heard ppl from s20-25 r having issues using them, have to wait until confirmation from efun that the issue has been fixed.

to answer your question, my guess is most malaysians who play this game are not in lowyat forum. they are active in facebook.

u can get gems daily actually and quite a lot too.

join a good guild if u can so u can make use of the ppl stronger than u to help u
do the daily lucky draw
complete all the daily quest. each completion gives diamonds from 20 to 50.
arena and accessory arena also give diamonds.
hero trial (works well when u tag team with a guild member)

u have to play on and lvl up to activate all of it but all the better coz many free gems.

when to spend diamond ? best to wait for the diamond storm event. it is normally beginning of the month. every time u use diamonds you get some diamonds back. this way u can keep using and earning back to maximise your diamonds.

Ive been doing that daily to get diamonds. But to get gems,  is there any tips?

save up diamonds, during diamond storm event .. spam buying gems. use the diamonds u earn back to buy more gems.

oh and world boss, try to do it at 4am for lower lvls, the weaker the boss lvl the more dmg u can deal lol
target is to hit 80m dmg so u can get max rewards ... means 20 gem summons

for Agito, do I keep the purple and orange heroes but can dissolve extra shards for crystal?

yes u need to keep the purple and orange heroes for agito rank. when your main heroes want to upgrade from 4th Realm R4 into 5th Realm R1, you need 1000 points to upgrade. this is where u start upgrading the purple/orange heroes to make up for the points.

what about extra shards can I dissolve them leaving only the crafted 1 star heroes

hmm i need to check my game later but i think i saw before one of the requirements for upgrade is one of the yellow to be Realm 1. not sure which 1.
btw even without dissolving the purple/yellow u should be doing good coz i have not done any purple/orange dissolving since day 1.

Which one better to upgrade?
u can upgrade all simultaneously. so just upgrade all together.

Agito - this 1 u get the agito 1 from worldboss/blitz nightmare etc. important for your main 3 to be 5th realm r1 asap to activate further bonuses.
Gems - this for fast cp boost. u dump all into caetuna and you'll see 1 hero alone got 50-60m cp. u get the gem rewards from world boss and samsara completion. 
Heroes Star - very important as mystic 2 onwards the skills are powerful. the more stars the more damage multiplier vs world boss too.
Rank Level - rank level opens more stacked bonuses. if u don't have enough to rank up a hero, increase rank level. later restat and use hero shards to increase hero star.
Support Level - mostly u put support heroes to support main heroes. later on when heroes reach 5th and 6th realm, your supporters also change. minor bonus but all bonuses add up and is good to keep a decent level.
Artifact Weapon - very important to get easy bonus stacks - use the diamond rush to collect the weapon artifact boxes. win in throne of paragon to get the points to use to buy in artifact shop.
Pets - duno .. i havent explored this.

Is there any suggestion for main (5) character?
Currently in party:
- Rubrum I'cie  - the char that is fastest to level up hero star. with so many ways to get the hero shard this 1 you'll most likely keep in your team a very long time.
- Magitec Commander - early stage defender. infact even now im using it but im slowly gonna replace it with earth guardian.
- Milities I'cie - very important member who deals armor break.
- Fearless Mind - backup for one of the main heroes only. nothing special. You need the red angel hero zhuyu.
- Windblade Warrior - errr. ..what is this ? is this your starting hero ?

It really depends on what u want to power up.

fast cp boost -> gems. dump all your diamonds to buy gems. get the diamond rush reward and buy more gems. rinse and repeat until u got no more diamonds. good for ppl with endless diamonds.

since i'm not into gem boosting, i just see where i can get back as many diamonds as possible to buy spend again.

i can't claim to be the expert but so far what i notice after buying 200 red angel boxes.

i started with 57k diamonds. i spent 52000 diamonds. balance on hand 5k diamonds.

I opened all 200 boxes and i received shitload of holy agito crystals (so much so i pushed red angel to max 5th Realm R4, roughly 70 red angel shards and possibly 70 magitek commander shards and a lot of diamonds and 4 mystic artifact weapon boxes. 

Then i go redeem diamond rush rewards and total gem include from the box and diamond rush reward in my hands now is 28k diamonds again. Next i am thinking of buying 200 caetuna/nimbus boxes and see how many more diamonds i can get back.

if i still have diamonds then, i'd probably dump into gems/pet. see how la.

my advice for new player, if you decide to pay, must be willing to pay until vip12. if not just continue f2p. also better reroll new fresh server when you decide to recharge.

when recharge do not just simply pump cash. need to know when to recharge.

f2p route? joust hoard your dias and wait for diamond storm to spend it.

Red Angel is the meta now. Get him fast. Nimbus is useless if you do not have damage to capitalize on it. problem is how to lvl both? My advice concentrate on RA. Nimbus 2* enough.

Stop jack. Save arena coin for earth guardian to replace nimbus for pvp. good thing with jack, u can get 4/4 bond for all your team if you go tuna R6, red R6, jack r6 + magitek.

The things is i already mess up my heroes hunting without clarify any info. Just last week i completed gather the Doc Kazusa shard. But right now i'm currently chase for RA.
Do you have any ways to obtain more RA shard?

whens the next diamond storm, im only at 24k dia.
getting 60k++ during DS seems impossible

diamond storm normally tuesday 1st week of the month if im not wrong. nothing is impossible bro.

basically during diamond storm, there will be another event in conjunction and the last time it was the hero box 1. 24k diamonds u should be able to buy almost 100 boxes i think. once u open the boxes, you get shards, agito awakening stuff and diamonds. these diamonds together with others u get from diamond storm you can buy more boxes and open it over and over until u reach 200 boxes. very possible.

when i first know about diamond storm i only had 1k+ diamonds but i manage to open all the way to 25k diamonds.

the last round i saved 58k diamonds and opened up to 120k diamonds and received maybe 8 artifact boxes. best way to level up artifacts too.

Those who saved 100k managed to receive all the rewards up to 200k diamonds.

feels like Im wasting diamonds everyday on useless stuff.
like I always spend on discounted summons after the free one.

common diamond use :
1) world boss 3rd attack
2) guild donate
3) guild dungeon 3rd attack  (only when u see got opportunity to finish off the chapter)
4) shop discount : i normally buy mystic hero essense/mystic gear essense/orange gem box
5) pet summon discount purchase
6) battle of kings max out attacks
7) throne of paragon 3rd attack
8) demon crusade 3rd attack
9) accessory refine (if u haven't already done this,  get your main or main two characters (3 if u can manage it somehow) accessory rank follow the bonus i.e 8th rank 11th rank 13th rank 15th rank

I do most on the list except for stuff havent unlocked.
now just need to cut back spending on useless stuff, thank you.

I use bluestacks, sometimes the keyboard mapping just stops working randomly.
and when I hit enter to send chat, it send the message twice. can get annoying

I used memu before no issue but got graphic glitch sometimes.

Almost to obtain RA maybe tomorrow night, last Heroes Limited event. use all diamond, ranking 7 but last couple hour, turn back to 14. huhuhu

Before event, i had 21k diamond, used up to 18k diamond during that event,
RA only 8 shard to go. a bit slower.
I think other person had more gems to be use, more than my self.

maybe u all know already but a tip for gem crit ... if you upgrade gems 4-5 times no crit .. there's a chance the next 1 is crit.

basically if u see the rewards of diamond storm one of the biggest reward is the artifact box. so the more u spend the more boxes you'll get.

coming back to your question.
if your main character is caetuna (can see from your armor+gem allocation) then aim to get 200 caetuna boxes.
if your aim is red angel then aim to get 200 red angel boxes.

either way try to max the boxes and claim as many diamond storm artifact box reward as possible.

now just need 5k more to get another artifact box so I can upgrade her ultimate core to rank 10.

blitz your normal/elite/nightmare quests to collect exchange cards to convert to diamond, complete hero trials, do all daily, spin whatever u can spin, collect all the diamonds u can and keep buying the boxes and max out your diamond rush gains. diamonds spent elsewhere too are counted for diamond rush so keep spamming lol

S5 player here. Anyone play in S5?

playing for 80 days and currently at 63m and level 93
seems bad compared to other f2p around my play time.
still no tuna/Ra augite too

when you hit your first 100m .. your next 100m will come faster ..and the next 100m will come even faster ... that's my experience so far.
i don't know why also, seems to be getting easier to power up now

when should I start to make RA as my main hero?

u dont have king/queen so Tuna/RA must be equally strong. U will need Tuna for some Nightmare bosses and RA for everything else. This is the case for me la .. and mostly in all fights Tuna survives way longer than RA, heck sometimes even winning the fight on her own lol

focus on tuna. get all gems to red get 4 crimson on tuna while u get her to 4 star Mythic, focus on tuna for your ice agito. make to R5 dont forget to rank up to +15.

EG, im currently using EG. but my EG is weak currently as my RA and Tuna is much more powerful.
dont forget about eidolon resonance, make sure you up the level, and use diabolos as it has armor break.
also dont use mystery coupon, keep until 120 and get titan eidolon.
