Any treatment you guys can advise me? Should I go for Chiropractor?

I have been holding it for almost 2 months, thinking that it would go away eventually naturally but it didn't. I think I got it through the sleeping pattern or long hours of sitting at the office facing computer. It slowly affecting my back now since the backbone and neck is joint together.

Errr how do you know you have a neck slip disc?
C6-C7 disc herniation is very serious. |

How did you know it is slip disk. Go to the doctor, have you neck xray. Then you know if it is slip disk. Then go massage.
