I have been holding it for almost 2 months, thinking that it would go away eventually naturally but it didn't. I think I got it through the sleeping pattern or long hours of sitting at the office facing computer. It slowly affecting my back now since the backbone and neck is joint together. Nowadays when I rub my rose, I feel slight uncomfortable around my neck now.

Any treatment you guys can advise me? Should I go for Chiropractor?

C6-C7 disc herniation is very serious.

Something like that, probably I exaggerated but doesn't feel comfortable at all. Just saw some thread back there and found there's a Chiropractor that is quite affordable. Gonna give it a try first and see if is cure.

I thought Chiropractor should be the entry level? Cause is really causing some discomfort and I don't wish to tahan any longer.

How did you know it is slip disk. Go to the doctor, have you neck xray. Then you know if it is slip disk. Then go massage.
