I have recently using the new hotlink number. However, I have problem receiving sms. I hve try all sort of things including factory reset my phone but the problem did not resolve. Sometimes it take almost 20 minutes for the sms to get through but most of the time, I will never get it. So it give me problem since I can't receive any tac for my online banking. My number is active as I have no problem receiving and making call. Please help.
