my sis 2016 zenfone mobo fail, went for rma and get a brand new sealed box 2017 model, but need to wait 2 weeks... shop lend her a phone to use tho
cousin sis pulak, dropped her phone ONCE and camera spoil, bad luck since warranty jz ended a week ago, but manage claim warranty.. lol..

Pg n perak, hmm.. both of them still using Zenfone and haven't complain anything since 2017..
B4 using Asus, was using xiaomi redmi 2 I think and man, so damn hard to claim warranty.. screen not responding to touch within a month of usage, sent for warranty, more or less 3 month only return.
Last yr my aunt bought redmi note 4, again within a month screen problem but this time within a month successful rma

I guess xiaomi is improving, and now with physical shop, should be much better
I'm planning to recommend redmi 5 plus to my uncle instead of redmi note 5, since he don't game at all..

I can vouch for them.. bought 2 times from them.. arrive safely but takes around 2 weeks to arrive.
