I have encountered signal drop for my redmi note 5 , it kept showing no service and then emergency calls only then back to normal , this happen every 15-20 minutes once. I'm using digi. Is this a software issue or hardware issue ? My miui version is 9.5.6.0

hello, I have problem with the audio recording of the WhatsApp as it won't record my voice.... I have tried to restart the phone , reinstall the WhatsApp but still it can't record my voice for the voice message.... any clue ?
