Been using Redmi note 3 SD AP set bought it for rm620 from gem five at early 2016. Phone's been gooding till now. MIUI has certainly been good enough.
I skipped RN4 because i think the 5th would have major changes. So far Redmi Note 5 Pro satisfies the specs and budget. Lucky i saw the launch of this rn5 pro coz i almost wanted to buy Nova 2i.

Ughhh... i need this RN 5 Pro released fast lol. My RN3 SD already having GPS problem unable to locked in. Cant use waze or google maps.

Not sure, i've always updated to beta MIUI 9 weekly basis. but last update then my gps unusable. Also recently i've changed my sim card from xox to umobile. So not sure what's the cause of it. I've reset my phone and it's still the same.

I assume that it can be flashed to India ROM without issues. But i think China rom is Oreo and India Rom is still Nougat.

Also another thing is China's version of RN 5 Pro enhanced camera would be affected if using india rom. hmm.gif hmm.gif hmm.gif
