Based on review made by GSMArena on camera F2.2 Redmi 5+ aka Redmi Note 5 still suck. Redmi Note 5 Pro using same camera as Redmi 5+ so...

Since Note 5 & Redmi 5 Plus is same phone... I'm sure Xiaomi Malaysia only bring Note 5 Pro to our shore but need to wait till Batam factory ready for production..

Yup.. specific for India & South Asia Market as claim by Lin Bin Xiaomi Co-founder.. China market, head marketing has hint "SOON", could be in 1st or 2nd week March 2018.. Who knows..

Latest news from head product marketing Redmi Note 5 Pro name only for India market. Redmi Note 5 will be official name for China & International market and come with 2 variant 64GB 4GB/6GB.. China released in March & could be same day as Mix2S, Mi7 has been push back to Jun 2018.

Not possible unless AP set if they can get.. Xiaomi Malaysia didn't give any hint on released date, maybe.. maybe Batam Factory not ready yet.. coz our market/Asean hold by EIN..

Redmi Note 5 & Note 5 Pro moniker only for India market coz they didn't market Redmi 5 & 5 Plus over there.

Others market if they got Redmi 5 Plus they wont get Redmi Note 5.. they only get RN5 aka RN5 Pro..

I dont thing so coz is all about pricing & at this day all phone with SD660 price more than RM1.5k.. If Xiaomi want to keep price below RM1k, SD625/636 is the best until SD700 series become available.. At that time SD660 is the best SoC below RM1k
