so far, my first early impression

pros
- good battery life, better than my prev redmi note 3 pro
- display is clear and good colour
- wifi dual band support is a plus
- signal network is good
- doesnt heating much, device quite cool
- fingerprint sensor is fast and so far accurate
- for such price, it's a steal compared to other competitior

cons;
- kinda poor audio quality
- no aptx support, although the soc support
- poor audio quality via bluetooth (now i miss my mi5 audio quality lol)
- game performance is average
- qc 2, tho expected on lower price cost

I'm using edifier w855bt bluetooth aptx enabled headphone for my mi5 previously, when I paired with redmi note 5 pro, the sound quality is quite poor, and it doesn't have aptx codec. Only AAC.

doesn't face it.

But i read 7.1 miui is better than 8.1 , 8.1 got zoomed potrait mode?


Although now I already unlocked it and flashed to miui eu stable rom

just hope got update to fix the poor audio quality and i also zoomed potrait mode ..read it on nougat it doesnt zoomed in potraid mode.

update, for better audio quality.. just flash to miui china rom or unlock and flash miui eu.. better sound quality now on bluetooth than miui global rom.

tho read there is new update (?) on the global rom?
