Do you think DirectD going to bring in this? The ROM should be "Global" for Indian market, I think? Then there should not have the faked ROM issue.

I think the problem is not whether we can wait or not but whether Mi Malaysia will bring in this model? As you all noticed, even can't get this Pro model in China.

QUOTE(donthitmyface @ Feb 14 2018, 09:16 PM) It's likely produced in the india factory. If they don't launch this in china, can we even import this? India import no free trade area, higher taxes right? This I have no idea about import tax from India... QUOTE(Max2006 @ Feb 14 2018, 09:20 PM) Still remember mi4i? It was introduced in India as well back then. And then it was brought into Malaysia afterwards. And yes. It's global rom. I am sure redmi note 5 pro will follow this way as well. Yes, I bought Mi4i from Mi Malaysia last time, my first Xiaomi phone. But have no idea it took how long for Mi Malaysia to bring this in. The problem is, what to do when 4GB/64GB version of Redmi 5 Plus release end of this month? To get it or to wait? Already waited this 5 Plus for so long, really don't want to keep waiting and waiting and waiting... The hardware and price for Mi Note 3 is not bad, but I don't like the screen ratio. |

QUOTE(Max2006 @ Feb 15 2018, 12:31 AM) If you don't play games and don't mind the quality of the camera, then just go for the Redmi 5 Plus. But if these 2 factors are important to your usage, then better wait for Redmi Note 5 Pro. That's how I look at it. Always choose the one that suits your need the most. Yup! I seldom play game, even if I do, I play mostly 2D puzzle games. I'm not really care about the camera that much because about 70% of photos in my gallery are product samples, static objects etc... After breaking up all these, I think 4GB RAM version of Redmi 5 Plus should be enough for me, really don't know the reason or what is the point of those "extra capabilities" for my usage. |
