on specs xiaomi is always winner for price to spec ratio, but those issues ... hmm...

If they launched it in India, does this means it is global rom? I assume there will be no bloated Chinese apps and will have Google Play. That means if we buy the China launched phone, we can flash it to India ROM?

Once China is available , just wait sometime for China release global rom.
Unlike India ROM like unknown apps to me.

I assume that it can be flashed to India ROM without issues. But i think China rom is Oreo and India Rom is still Nougat.

Also another thing is China's version of RN 5 Pro enhanced camera would be affected if using india rom.

I read that this phone support QC2.0... If i charge it using QC3.0 charger is it affected the battery lifespan?

Using any form of quick charge already increase the rate of battery worn out. Furthermore, the phone will not allow more current than it can do so to prevent damage. Whether to use which charger is up to your choice.
