Tax? Malaysia customs is pretty loose with the taxes and it is very unlikely for officer to hold your parcel for taxes as it is small and the value declared is low. Since the parcel is small, they will usually believe the value declared on the parcel.They are more interested in larger parcel usually >10KG or high declared value parcel.

Just order it and make a payment. If you use DHL, you will very likely get slapped with tax. Other method risk are so low that it is almost non-existence.
Hong Kong Goldway, Dreami are two sellers that had very good reputation. Although they are slightly more expensive but their service made up for it.
