Same here. They never reply to any of my questions. If they did and if it was indeed an official Malaysian set, i might be using it as we speak.

For Malaysian market, we only have Redmi Note 5 AI (no "Pro" here) with 3GB or 4GB of RAM.

It depends actually. One of my RN4 official Malaysian Warranty with EIN sticker that i bought from Lazada during Pre-order promo on 2017 (made in china) comes with 3-Pin. The other RN4 official Malaysian Warranty with EIN sticker too that i bought on January 2018 (but made in Indonesia) fomes with 2-Pin. So it really depends actually.
