Old house ceiling fan only work at speed 5., Fan issue or the electric regulator pbl?

I had same issue for slow speed fan and "wong wong" sound.
for.KDK fan. I change the 3 capacitor which I bought from lelong as I do not know how to diagnose the issue. Issue resolved and works good till now. |
