Never knew buying a laptop can be such a traumatic experience. Bought a HP Pavillion convertible from Harvey Norman 2 months ago. Keyboard didn’t work couple of weeks back. Called HP Customer Service. Technician came 4 times already still cannot resolve the problem.Changed keyboard, sensor board, some cable still cannot fix it.Then touchscreen cannot work. After 3rd visit, he ordered a new touch screen panel but some manager in SQ refused to allow it & ordered him to change motherboard instead. Sure enuf, touchscreen refused to work and now keyboard also.
Only number you can call is Customer Service who call only make a report. Anybody has the telephone number of HP Complaints Dept?Attached Image
