Omg, this is the boarded up formerly chinese squatter area....wow this place gonna be really congested...
As a Setapak resident..im glad i bought my own stay for future slightly out of this area..glad my family landed home is a couple of km away in a quiet part of Setapak with no chance of any condo coming up next to it.. How can DBKL allow such density...bear in mind the Kenwingston project also quite near.. If i'm a Berlian buyer..i will be a bit sad..pay so much for low dense condo in a super dense area..
