too late la. that I LOVE BN image will forever be cemented in my memory. change also no use. JL99 will forever be affiliated with BN, and their project will surely fail

Just passed by the sales gallery just now. It's near the KIP hotel, at the row of shops.

Sales gallery looks nice by the way.

It is a mining land, not sure if there is a rubbish station nearby. I stayed in KIP hotel before, which is near the site, I don't remember any foul smell.

The fact that it is located next to the infamous batu caves roundabout is not good I would say. If you stay nearby you would know how jam that place can be during peak hours.

Better but still same. At time getting up the ramp to reach the uturn junction takes very long time also.

2) Traffic jam at jln kuching/ipoh. I used Google Map to check the traffic this morning - from project site to KLCC takes around 50 minutes. The whole jalan to KL is very congested.
3) leasehold and commercial.
4) rubbish recycle site. I did not really feel this when I was at sales gallery which is next to PPAM.
5) reclaimed land. I don't think this is a problem tbh.

May I ask for your view ? I know that in KL everywhere is jam, Sentul, Cheras and Setapak where many projects are going on now are all the same. Should one not take this into consideration ? Or what is the "less jam" place to consider ? ( I checked traffic from M Centura to KLCC also same congested ).
