Cannot complain much , given this super cheap price to development nearby.. IMO, good for own stay, investment wise is ok only as high density usually turns out to price competition... investors race to rent out via throwing price.

with 99 residence + Lake city + UOA upcoming project + rumawip etc... this MRR2 and Jalan Kuching is gonna get MASSIVE jam.

I travel everyday using jalan kuching. From Selayang to Publika (50 MIN) Publika to Selayang (50 MIN)

Cant imagine what will happen when all these residential is built... haih

That’s why this place is like super doomed. Easily 20k residence in the upcoming years.. it will definitely benefits the eateries business but the jam will be scary.

Imagine 30k more cars on mrr2 / Jalan Kuching.
