isnt it there used to be a lake?

According to Google Maps, there is, but if it's just a flood retention pond, I doubt anyone is going to complain if it's gone. hmm.gif

What’s worse is that is not high end condos compared to nova’s selling price 🙁
*
Looks like a decent condo to me, not a low-mid cost apartment/flat.

I'm sure the Nova residents wouldn't mind, aside from those who bought the units facing the detention pond... laugh.gif

I did receive a whatsapp msg from one of the JL99 staff I liaised previously for Legend Heights @ Segambut regarding this project last week. Mentioned that the sales gallery going to launch soon at RM 430/sf. Unit sizes are 900sf - 1380sf (3-4 bedrooms). The title just read 'New project @ Jln Kuching' tho. Not sure if she's referring to this one.

looking at the floor plan, what it means by the bold orange line along the bedroom 3 to kitchen ?
*
If I recall correctly from what I saw of the floor plans at Legend Heights @ Segambut, the orange lines mean those walls can be hacked if you want to expand the living/dining room.

Yup, exactly at the rubbish station there...if the rubbish incinerator project is approve, the smell there confirm will be worse and housing price over that area also will get affected.

Zuraida confirmed that the incinerator/WTE plant there is scrapped (link):

QUOTE
She revealed to the media that Putrajaya decided not to build an incinerator or WTE project in Taman Beringin, Kepong after meeting the KTI several times.

"They came to see me. [I said] 'No problem, I am not going to do it in Taman Beringin'," the news portal reported her saying.

She also said that KTI's proposal for a recycling project in Taman Beringin "would have to be considered later as the government was now prioritising cleaning up rubbish nationwide".

Zuraida added that the group had been welcomed "to join the government's efforts to implement recycling initiatives".

She said her ministry is mulling plans to construct a WTE plant in Serendah after scrapping the one in Taman Beringin.

if confirm is scrapped, the said area is still very dirty and smelly as the said area yet to clean up.
*
Not sure why DBKL or the gov't don't want to move that plant elsewhere and sell the land to a developer to develop it.

The nearby residents will sure be very happy that smelly waste station is gone from their backyards for good. thumbup.gif

Build by 99 speedmart?
*
Nope. The developer is JL99.

99 Speedmart is unrelated to it.
