Employment Level : Exec
Experience before joining (years) : 11 years
Highest paper qualification/ education background : Bachelor's Degree
Location : KL
Average Working Hours Per Week (incl lunch hours): 40+

Monetary Payout

Other Benefits : AL: 15 days, if work on PH, can get 2 days replacement leaves + Broadband claim. 1 month bonus And about 5-6% increment every year.

I feel old already, and seem my salary is quite smaller for my age. Maybe i should climb up to upper level, but the competition is too high, especially in MNC.

thank you!

Flexi working hours is nice to have these days especially when traffic is bad during peak hours.

Your dental/optical benefit is pretty good too. Most company does not provide that at all.

I didn't drive, but rather riding my kapcai to office. as for dental/optical they revised the benefit and up the amount to all employees smile.gif

QUOTE(soulhunter87 @ Jun 26 2019, 08:37 AM)
u start working at 18?
*
eh, nolah, at 22 i think, after my diploma, doing a degree while working and currently doing my MBA while working as well.

QUOTE(Jumper123 @ Jun 26 2019, 08:40 AM)
On a side note, i wonder, what do you need/learn in order to become a cloud specialist?
*
I started with SharePoint from 2011, then move to O365 & Azure until now. So, about 8 years doing MS platform especially in SharePoint.

QUOTE(PrincZe @ Jun 26 2019, 10:06 AM)
7 months later u get salary adjustment? actually not too bad. additional 1.2k.
*
Actually the last adjustment was June last year, i put the old one on Jan, so, it already 1 year for my increment. The basic just add RM500, only the allowance, they introduce new allowance, so i enjoyed it as well.
