Job Title : Buyers (Purchasing)

Job Desciption : P.O. issuing for direct and indirect materials, follow up delivery, create material status worksheet for project team, liase with vendor for non-conforming parts, ensure NCR, raise VCAR and ensure it is close within required timeframe, handling RMA to vendors. We have 6 buyers here, each of us handle different project. I'm currently handling 3 project (defence, military and industrial project)

Experience before joining (years) : 3 yrs
Highest paper qualification/ education background : SPM

Average Working Hours Per Week (incl lunch hours): 58

Monetary Payout
Basic Salary + Fixed Allowance : RM 2476 + RM80
Contractual Bonus (months): 1 mth
Performance, Variable Bonus & Commissions (months) : 2%
Benefits (where relevant) :
Health Benefits : Panel clinic with RM500 specialists per year, Medical card 20K coverage (include spouse and kids)
Transport Benefits : None

Flexi Working Hours : None

Am I underpaid?
I couldn't afford to continue studies because need to support family expenses.

Maybe bcos I have only SPM Very, hence they not willing to give more.

Now my manager ask me to take additional task.
Monitor buyers to work according to SOP and assist her during in audit.
Something like a leader for all buyers.
She didn't mentioned about promotion or salary increase.
I'm thinking how much should ask for increment.
