no need to hands on, but need to have some understanding on the architecture and algo of how things run/connected.

Risky ? yes but not extreme as I have already built my network and skillset throughout the years so I am confident I could start over again if I fail. To really move out from the middle income trap, certain risks have to be taken.

i was 10 years back, but can treat that as obsolete knowledge and experience, as i stop programming for close to 8 years now.

Well it depends on individual

Some think it is a ripoff, while some will say it is normal or the path to success

But when you see the other part of the earth does not promote such culture you will start to feel they are ripping us off
