So far I am quite neutral with the pay. Definitely more than enough for me to live a comfortable life, but still I think I can work my ass off for something better. I am 2nd level outsourced so I kinda know how much cut is taken out before it reaches me. Experience wise still learning to adapt. Nowadays more interaction BU folks ... annoying to deal with. Skillset wise no plans to further specialize. Planning to learn a foreign language (properly). Should take 3~5 years.
